Delivery time will usually be 1 to 2 weeks except in the case of special order items which can be 4 to 12 weeks

All items must be prepaid at time of order. All prices will be Retail prices unless otherwise agreed upon. Curtis HiFi will have Promotions from time to time.

Q. Free Shipping?

Free Ground Shipping on Orders Over $5,000*

  • Order total must exceed $5,000 to apply for Free Ground Shipping.
  • Orders consisting of solely B-Stock, Demo, or Clearance items do not qualify for Free Ground Shipping.
  • Under terms of this offer we reserve the right to choose the shipping method.
  • Excludes items that must be shipped by truck or airfreight.
  • If an alternative shipping method is chosen the order will not qualify for Free Ground Shipping.
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue our Free Ground Shipping offer at any time.
We choose the best shipping method to deliver your order within 6 to 8 days to anywhere in the contiguous U.S. A few items that must ship freight are excluded from this offer.
Q. Shipping / Handling?
Each order will be shipped Fed-Ex, UPS or DHL. 2-day and 3-day shipping is available upon request. Shipping charges are calculated by size, weight, and destination. All shipping charges are subject to dimensional / oversize carrier regulations. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. Refused shipments and authorized returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Note: All claims or shipping damages must be made by the customer directly with the freight carrier and should be reported as soon as possible. We will not be liable for damaged or stolen shipments if delivery services leave a package outside for you.

Q. COD?
We ship COD after receiving ship deposit. Balance is certified funds, unless otherwise noted. orders are shipped after receiving cleared deposit and faxed copy of certified payment for COD balance. (please include your banks phone number).

Returned COD handling charge: Freight costs plus $25.00 up to 70 pounds, $25.00 for each additional 70 pounds.

Q. Returns Policy?
Returns are for replacement or exchange only. No refund policy. no merchandise will be accepted for return without the authorization of Curtis HiFi. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, restocking fee may apply.

All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/packing/documentation; any missing parts will be deducted from amount credited. Incomplete returns will incur a 20% manufacturer / refurbishing fee. Defective returns are for replacement or merchandise credit at the current Curtis HiFi selling price, less 20% restocking fee.

Returns involving trade-ins: Credit amounts are based on the dealer Orion Blue Book amount. Shipping / Handling non refundable.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Credit will not be issued until Curtis HiFi has received and examined the returned merchandise. items showing installer or consumer abuse/misuse will not be accepted.

Damage / Loss: All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with the delivering carrier within 15 days of receipt. Curtis HiFi cannot file this for you.

Save all boxes and packing material! All claims for shortage / mis-shipments / mis-billings must be made within 10 days of receipt.
